Twins Blessing Day May 6th

The twins were blessed on May 6th, 2012.  They were about 12 weeks old.  It was such an amazing day.  I purchased some cute little white tuxedos to have them blessed in.  Even a small was too big on them, but they were so adorable nonetheless.

Joe gave them some amazing and very sweet baby blessings.  The biggest thing that stood out to me was that he blessed each of them to be selfless husbands and stalwart members of the church and to live their lives like Christ.  It was a spiritual day for me and so amazing to see my husband bless to more little boys.  I am so grateful to have them in my life.  If you would have told me 3 years ago that I would have 3 kids by today, I would have told you that you were crazy.  With all the infertility issues we were facing, I never could have dreamed up this wonderful outcome.  I am so happy and feel so blessed to have these little miracles in my life.  I get to love them and be their mama forever.  I finally understand how someone could feel like their children are their babies forever. I will always think of my boys as my babies, no matter how big they get, they will always have a big chunk of my heart.

We had a lot of family over for a luncheon afterward.  It was great to see friends and family.  We have sandwiches, chips and fruit for lunch.  I was pretty proud of myself.  I did it all by myself and got it all done on time.   I have learned to multitask even more now that I already did.  You kinda have to with twins:)

After the luncheon, we all hoped in the car and drove up the Alpine loop to stop at this beautiful lake.  Joe's brother Ben was able to fly into town as well as Joe's parents, and so all of us were able to go up and just take a nice breather in the fresh air and nice cool breeze.  Utah has such beautiful mountains and scenery, I feel so blessed to be here.

All in all in was a great day with family, friends and my little boys.  I couldn't have imagined it any better.
